If your SIM requests PUK code, you can request to speak to an agent or visit a Vodafone Shop. Simply verify your registration details to access your PUK Code. Once you enter the correct PUK code, your phone will prompt you to enter your SIM PIN. If you have not changed it, the default SIM PIN is 0000.
