For wrong transactions made using M-PAiSA, you are responsible for contacting the person who received the funds and sought approval for reversal from the receiver’s M-PAiSA account. This step is important because Vodafone requires the receiver’s clear consent to access and reverse funds from their protected account. Either the sender or the receiver can contact Vodafone Customer Care to verify the receiver’s consent and process the reversal request immediately.
If the receiver does not respond after 7 working days from the date of your transaction, present your Police Report and visit a Vodafone Premium Shop to complete the Indemnity Letter. This allows Vodafone to investigate and follow legal steps to protect you and all parties involved.
Disputed or erroneous transactions shall only be credited back to your M-PAiSA Account within 4 – 5 working days once your claim/dispute has been properly processed, supported by your correct documents, investigated and confirmed by Inkk to be valid and in your favour.
If the wrong M-PAiSA transaction was made using your Bank, you must contact your Bank directly.
